**_Job Family_ :** EBO Training (India) **_Travel Required_ :** Up to 25% **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Conduct engaging and comprehensive training sessions for new hires and current employees on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including tools and best practices. * Deliver specialised modules on AR Calling, Medical Billing, Eligibility & Benefits, Denials, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, and related topics. * Design, develop, and update effective training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, assessments, and assignments. * Evaluate training effectiveness and learner performance; provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities, ensuring training content aligns with business requirements. * Provide ongoing floor support for process clarifications and performance enhancement. * Maintain accurate training and coaching records, performance reports, and ensure completion of training deliverables within project timelines. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in RCM Training or similar roles within US Healthcare. * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up. * Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills. * Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver impactful coaching/training sessions both online and in-person. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to design training programmes and complete deliverables within strict deadlines. * Prior experience as a Process Coach or RCM Trainer is highly preferred. **_What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * Prior freelance or contract training experience in the RCM domain. * Exposure to multiple RCM domains (such as AR Calling, Billing, Codi
