### **Job Description** ## Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Water Lead to oversee water-related engineering, design, and project delivery activities in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive engineering expertise, strong connections with local authorities, developers, and contractors, and proven capability in managing proposals and collaborating with global teams and partner consultants. ## Your role **Technical Leadership & Project Delivery** * Lead and manage the engineering and design of water infrastructure projects, including networks, transmission systems, pumping stations, and related facilities. * Provide technical guidance, quality review, and oversight to multidisciplinary design teams. * Ensure project designs comply with local authority regulations, standards, and client requirements. * Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. **Client & Stakeholder Engagement** * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including government authorities, developers, and major contractors in the Kingdom. * Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and external partners. * Represent the company in technical meetings, presentations, and workshops with authorities and developers. **Proposal & Business Development** * Lead and contribute to proposal preparation, including technical write-ups, methodologies, resource planning, and cost estimates. * Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to strategic pursuits. * Work closely with regional leadership teams to expand the water business in KSA. **Global Collaboration & Partnerships** * Coordinate and manage deliverables across global design centers and technical hubs. * Foster strong working relationships with international partners, sub-consultants, and specialist teams. * Ensure efficient collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and alignment with global bes
