Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or related discipline), 10–15 years of experience in water engineering, design, and project management, technical expertise with proven experience working with local authorities, major contractors, and consultants in the region, Demonstrated experience in proposal development and handling technical submissions, network and relationships with authorities, developers, and contractors in KSA, Proven experience collaborating with global teams and managing partnerships with external consultants and sub-contractors, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Knowledge of KSA water sector standards and approval processes, Experience in large-scale water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects, commercial awareness and understanding of the KSA market landscape, Professional certifications (e. g. , Chartered Engineer, PMP)
What You'll Do.
Lead engineering and design of water infrastructure projects
Provide technical guidance and quality review
Ensure designs comply with regulations
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders
Build and maintain client relationships
Represent company in technical meetings
Lead proposal preparation
Support business development activities
Coordinate deliverables across global design centers
Foster working relationships with international partners
