What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in a client facing role, at least 3 years as a Pre Sales specialist or comparable role, technical skills, deep FactSet product knowledge, Detail oriented, skilled at project management, communication and interpersonal skills, Leadership qualities, Ability to interact effectively with other teams at FactSet
Nice to Have
preferably at FactSet, has the desire to mentor and set an example for others
What You'll Do.
Manage & own the trial process
trial documentation and confirm qualification for all assigned trials.
Gain efficiency running trials
shorten trial cycle and fee up bandwidth for sales
Coordinate team meetings to focus on fiscal year team initiatives.
Impact trial close rate by ensure that we are constantly learning about new products
evaluating wins/losses and practicing our skills
Work with principal team members and managers to initiate cross team product initiatives that will impact the trial cycle and user experience.
Provide top level support to all trial users.
Increase trial close rate
show new users the best FactSet has to offer
Communicate as necessary with internal sales/specialists as well as externally with clients.
Ensures everyone internally is working together efficiently on every opportunity and makes sure that clients are up to date on trial next steps
Conduct training & mentoring of new team members
Ensure all new team members are comfortable in their new role and have a mentor to partner with on all opportunities—learn trial best practices.
