Nice to Have
CDA, Associate’s Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred, understanding of child development, classroom management, and developmentally appropriate practices
What You'll Do.

Building relationships and open communication with families regarding student progress
and developmental milestones
Maintaining classroom cleanliness
and sanitization in accordance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Preparing lesson plans
and educational activities that encourage creativity
Ensuring compliance with all Massachusetts EEC regulations
and early childhood education quality standards
