This is our life’s work, to amplify human imagination and intelligence! **What you 'll be doing:** * In this role, you will manage and help lead post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of the memory system for NVIDIA's GPU products. * Develop, qualify, and work on compliance of memory system software and firmware. * You will be the primary contact for customers internal and external, and DRAM vendors for silicon issues relating to memory. * Contribute through the GPU development cycle from concept, Plan of Record, Architecture, Micro-architecture, design, validation, physical design and tape out. **What we need to see:** * Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience) * 12+ years of proven experience with three years and working with memory systems in the lab. * Direct experience in taking an SOC/GPU from concept level to production. * Experience in DRAM, high speed DRAM Interfaces like HBM, GDDR and LPDDR and their timing, analog, and digital requirements. * In Pre-Silicon phase, work with the design and verification teams to define features required for smooth bringup and productization. * In Post-Silicon phase, bring the GPU from initial power-on through production. * Ability to understand th
