Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant or a Master's degree and 10 years of relevant or a PhD and 8 years of relevant experience, Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Have developed and implemented metrics related to process rigor, Experienced with SIPOC, value stream mapping, and swim lane diagrams
Nice to Have
Experience with Mapping Methodology, Experience with Microsoft Visio and SharePoint, Experience participating in or supporting process visualization efforts, Lean Six Sigma Certification or Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis experience, Process Management Certification (CBPP, APQC, BPM), Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS
