Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure-based platform services including AKS, PaaS solutions, and CI/CD pipelines Define and execute platform reliability strategies, roadmaps, and architectural improvements to enhance scalability and performance Oversee Kubernetes (AKS) environments and ensure best practices for deployment, monitoring, and operational stability Drive automation and DevOps practices using tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions Manage platform upgrades, feature enhancements, and lifecycle planning in collaboration with engineering and vendor teams Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards across cloud infrastructure Optimize platform costs through Azure financial management and resource efficiency initiatives Lead incident resolution efforts, ensuring timely restoration of services and continuous improvement of reliability processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business and technical requirements Mentor engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical leadership within the organization Requirements: 10 plus years of experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or reliability engineering roles At least 5 plus years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture Strong expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure PaaS services, and cloud-native architectures Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling including Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, and Helm Solid understanding of infrastructure components such as load balancing, databases, middleware, and observability tools Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance practices in enterprise environments Experience working in large-scale, distributed, and highly available systems Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical stakeholders and decision-makers Experience
