What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification, At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms (Workday), At least 4 years of experience with Workday Integrations or functional configuration related tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management), At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting or Talent and Performance Management, Finance, 5+ years of experience working with Workday platform across the Workday Finance modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers), 5+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP, Experience with building solutions utilizing Workday Extend, Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management or Financials)

Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform
Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies
troubleshooting system issues

Perform unit tests and conduct code reviews for self and the team

We are seeking **Workday Engineers****** who are passionate about developing highly-resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support the Human Resource technology driving Capital One. As part of a team that’s leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One’s Human Resource Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence.
