What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Six to eight years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
5 + years of software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure, platform, or cloud-native systems, 2 + years of Snowflake administration at the account/platform level, Snowflake certifications, SnowPro Advanced (Architect or Administrator), Snowflake Business Critical Edition, Tri-Secret Secure, customer-managed keys, CrowdStrike Falcon Shield, SSPM/security posture management tools, Databricks platform, coexistence or integration architectures, financial services or regulated environments, SOX, GLBA, CCPA, IaC security scanning tools, Checkov, tfsec, Semgrep, Kubernetes / AKS, workloads integrating with Snowflake
What You'll Do.
Operate enterprise Snowflake data platform
Own Snowflake platform lifecycle
Build multi-account Snowflake environments
Implement secure Azure Private Link connectivity
Automate provisioning of Snowflake resources
Enable self-service platform consumption
Integrate Snowflake with Entra ID
Manage service account authentication
Enforce security and compliance controls
Embed infrastructure and supply-chain security scanning
Design for resiliency and cost efficiency
Own cross-region disaster recovery
Govern secure data sharing patterns
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Cloud Engineering, IAM, Information Security, Networking, and FinOps; Partner with Cloud, IAM, Security, and FinOps teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
