Must Have
University degree (B. Eng, BCom, etc), 10+ years of relevant cost control experience, experience in engineering and construction projects environment, Expert Knowledge of project management techniques, hands on experience (i. e. , critical path method, progress measurement and earned value technique), experience in Project planning, analyzing and reporting, knowledge of the general project controls policies and procedures, Ability to learn new software as per the company standards, Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines, Ability to work well with Clients and Alliance partners, Ability to work with staff, build and maintain good working relationships with Project Controls team, Ability to mentor junior and intermediate staff and work with project cost controller, Proficient in MS office suite of software, analytical skills, Effective problem-solving skills, organizational skills are required with attention to details, Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills

What You'll Do.
Prepare project schedule
Load Resourceudget Schedule
Set up Baseline Schedule
Extract Primavera data files
Issue schedule for internal use
Issue schedule for External use
Monitor and control progress
Prepare and update Resource requirements reports
Report critical schedule issues
Identify and explain variances
Ensure proper progress measurement
Present updates to Lead/Manager
Advise on areas of concern
Interface with Project Control Team

Team & Collaboration
Provide guidance and support to lower level planners; work with Clients and Alliance partners; work with staff; build and maintain good working relationships with Project Controls team; mentor junior and intermediate staff; work with project cost controller; Interface with other Project Control Team
