### **Job Description** ## **Overview** AtkinsRéalis is one of Canada's largest private sector nuclear engineering groups. We have been providing a wide range of services to the nuclear industry in Canada and around the world since for more than 60 years. We are proud to be the steward of Canadian CANDU nuclear technology. ## **Your role** _Support Planning and Scheduling activities:_ * Develop, baseline, update, and maintain project schedules while guiding and supporting junior planners. * Lead resource and budget loading activities and ensure Primavera data is properly extracted and shared with cost control. * Issue schedules for both internal and external stakeholders and ensure accurate progress measurement throughout the project lifecycle. * Monitor and control schedule performance, identify variances, analyze earned value impacts, and report critical schedule issues. * Prepare and update resource requirement reports and highlight areas of concern that may impact P&L objectives. * Interface with the broader Project Controls team to maintain an integrated cost‑schedule control system. * Present schedule updates to leadership and communicate key findings to the Project Controls Manager and Project Manager. **About you** * University degree (B.Eng, BCom, etc.) and 15+ years of planning, scheduling, and cost control experience in engineering/construction; nuclear new‑build experience is an asset. * Deep knowledge of project management techniques such as critical path method, progress measurement, earned value, and extensive hands‑on planning, analysis, and reporting experience. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with preferred strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and the ability to learn new software quickly. * Strong understanding of project controls policies and procedures, supported by strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. * Effective communicator with strong report writing, presentation, and client‑interaction skills; able to build stro
