What They're Looking For.
Must Have
GMC registered with a licence to practice, on the GP register, satisfactory and up to date GMC appraisal and revalidation, MRCGP, Member of a Medical Defence Organisation, Significant postgraduate experience in General practice, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate, Current Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate
Nice to Have
Experience with Epic, Experience with Cerner, Experience with Meditech, Experience with Allscripts, Experience with McKesson, Experience with athenahealth, Experience with PACS, Experience with LIS, Experience with RIS
What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and support for doctors
Ensure provision of high standards of clinical practice
Delivery of Adult Health Assessments
Provide clinical input into review of customer feedback
Oversee provision of health assessments
Partner with Bupa Resource team
Conduct clinical audits
Lead on implementation of clinical policies
Ensure Medicines Management policy is implemented
Support centre to prepare for CQC visits
Provide clinical guidance to colleagues
Lead on delivery of mock scenarios
Support Centre Manager to drive performance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working collaboratively with other members of the management team; partner with the Bupa Resource team or local administrative team; support the centre (or remote service) and doctors; support the Centre Manager/remote manager and centre team/remote support team
