Must Have
GMC registered with a licence to practice, on the GP register, satisfactory and up to date GMC appraisal and revalidation, MRCGP, Member of a Medical Defence Organisation, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training certificate, Current Safeguarding Level 3 training certificate
Nice to Have
Significant postgraduate experience in General practice
What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and support for doctors
Delivery of Adult Health Assessments
Provide clinical input into review of feedback
Oversee health assessments and private GP work
Partner with Bupa Resource team
Conduct clinical audits
Lead on implementation of clinical policies
Ensure Medicines Management policy is implemented
Support centre to prepare for CQC visits
Provide clinical guidance to colleagues
Lead on delivery of mock scenarios
Support Centre Manager to drive performance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working collaboratively with other members of the management team; partner with the Bupa Resource team or local administrative team; liaison with the Clinical Health Assessment Leadership Team (CHALT); Act as a key stakeholder to support the centre; support the Centre Manager/remote manager and centre team
