ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for the completion of the daily tasks and next day preparation by team members working alternative shifts. Additionally, as Lead Technician you will assist in the further development and implementation of evening/weekend workflow documents.  You will report to the Lead Operations Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacist. This is an opportunity to assist in the seamless transitions from day to day and weekend to week day operations ensuring the uninterrupted flow of orders through the pharmacy. YOU WILL: - Create a daily workflow plan for the technician team ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly tasks are being completed. - Develop a daily, weekly and monthly pharmacy technician task sheet and a downtime task sheet. - Assist in the preparation of a Pharmacy Technician schedule in coordination with the Lead Workflow Technician, and Lead Clinical Pharmacist (RPh schedule). - Delegate tasks, workflow items, and station assignment
