What You'll Do.
Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge

Function as the senior clinical staff person
Maintain oversight of clinical decision-making aspects
Work with administrative directors to maintain program integrity
Maintain current unrestricted pharmacy licensure
Lead transitions of care initiatives
Develop projects with internal and external stakeholders
