We are seeking an experienced Lead Pega Developer to join our team in Sydney on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega-based solutions , playing a key role in building an integrated case management platform that drives critical business processes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine deep technical expertise with architectural oversight , working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities * Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications * Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC and BPM platform * Lead solution design, ensuring alignment with Pega architecture and best practices * Develop reusable enterprise components, rules, and workflows * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple releases * Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning * Oversee implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Pega applications * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams * Stay current with latest Pega technologies and industry best practices ## Qualifications Skills & Experience * Extensive experience in Pega development (PRPC) across the full lifecycle (design, build, deploy, test) * Proven experience in an arc
