Full Job Description

**[What the role is]** This is a 2-year contract position as a Lead in the CET Academy. Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) is seeking a strategic and driven individual to join our team as Lead (Partnerships). In this role, you will support the Assistant Director(s) and Deputy Director in shaping and executing strategies that drive product innovation, strategic partnerships, and B2B client engagement to advance the national SkillsFuture movement and lifelong learning. **[What you will be working on]** Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: * Support the growth of Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) by strengthening industry engagement and expanding B2B partnerships. * Develop and review strategies to grow NP’s corporate clientele and enhance its positioning within the adult learning and workforce transformation ecosystem. * Identify industry needs and provide insights on CET product mix aligned with school capabilities, industry demand, and national SkillsFuture priorities, supported by market research and analysis. * Collaborate with academic schools and programme teams to design customised training solutions aligned with client needs and funding requirements. * Support the end-to-end programme lifecycle, from programme conceptualisation and development to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. * Drive lead generation and conversion efforts to expand programme reach and deepen client engagement. * Work closely with Marketing and Communications teams to support outreach activities, events, and campaigns that drive programme awareness and demand. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry associations, and external stakeholders to enhance NP’s market presence. * Partner with CETA Operations to ensure smooth programme delivery and a positive, customer-centric experience for B2B clients. * Track, analyse, and repo
