Ensure alignment with production schedule
Resolve issues within department
Maintain clean work area
Maintain safe work area
Coordinate work with other department leads
Coordinate with continuity test team
Provide status updates to internal departments
Ensure projects are tagged
Ensure work order packets are organized
Coordinate with 2nd shift
Complete sub-assemblies
Perform other duties as assigned
