5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, solid expertise in Paid Search, proven ability to manage strategic initiatives at scale, Demonstrated track record of owning a domain or strategic roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional leadership, Deep understanding of Google Ads creative systems, including RSA architecture, automatically created ads, ad customizers, dynamic creative optimization, and API integrations for ad creation, Experience orchestrating cross-functional initiatives involving internal and external stakeholders, Ability to identify emerging trends in ad creative, automation, and GenAI applications, translating them into competitive strategies for GetYourGuide, critical thinking skills to evaluate trade-offs between creative control and automation efficiency, resolving conflicting priorities across stakeholders, Expertise in defining experimentation frameworks and innovation governance, Fluent in discussing key marketing KPIs and creative performance metrics, Comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing creative performance patterns, Understanding of LLM-based creative generation and AI readiness in the context of Paid Search optimization, Ability to digest complex technical requirements (LLM prompting and fine-tuning, asset pipeline architecture, creative quality scoring) and translate them into strategic direction, Excellent command of written and spoken English
