Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience in lead or people management roles, 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment, Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications
What You'll Do.
Execute tasks assigned by Management
Communicate issues to Supervisors
Print compliance labels
Understand production schedule
Prioritize tasks based on production schedule
Lead team through task completion
Motivate team through task completion
Compare product with product standards
Check POs for manifesting
Attach printed manifests to POs
Stage exterior packaging
Prep exterior packaging
Maintain sanitary work environment
Transport products from workspace to storage
Operate automation equipment
Troubleshoot automation equipment
