What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fields, At least 5 years of experience in Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial Services, Broad knowledge of process optimization within refinery production chemistry (desalting, overhead corrosion control, fouling control, etc.), water treatment and fuel additives, Self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions to a variety of service delivery fulfilment projects, often simultaneously, Familiar and comfortable communicating across various levels of a customer organisation – refinery leadership, operational and technical leadership, plus field and lab representatives, Proficient computer skills and familiar with MS Office, Ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditions as required, Full UK/International driving licence

What You'll Do.

Management and oversight of all aspects of Process

Water and Fuel Additive chemical applications within the service contract scope of works

Providing on-site technical guidance and support

and optimizing of chemical treatment programs

Preparing technical and commercial reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions

Prospecting for new business support applications and scope expansion

Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities

Primary account level financial activities – billing

collections and invoicing

Implementing accurate forecast projections for chemicals

service and equipment

Assisting with receipt and processing of orders

Facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process

Engaging with PL to understand and deliver new technology solutions and/or handling special project(s)

Maintaining internal compliance and the highest HSE standards

Team & Collaboration

Working with business operations support functions to align internal, Job Center, processes with customer output processes; Engagement with regional integrated supply chain teams; Engaging with PL to understand and deliver new technology solutions

Communication Scope

Communicating across various levels of a customer organisation – refinery leadership, operational and technical leadership, plus field and lab representatives
