This position combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing maintenance staff while maintaining the high standards required in healthcare environments. You'll be instrumental in implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence that contributes to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional facility management services to our healthcare clients. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Ensuring service requests are completed efficiently with minimal disruption to building operations and adequate cleanup * Implement and oversee the preventative maintenance program, scheduling tasks to minimize service disruption while delegating work to appropriately qualified staff members * Diagnose malfunctioning equipment, determine corrective actions to restore satisfactory operating conditions, and facilitate root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues * Oversee contracted maintenance work, ensuring timely performance, warranty fulfillment, and proper documentation including equipment manuals and drawings * Order parts and equipment for repair
