S. driver's license with a clean driving record, Thorough knowledge of building systems, thermodynamic, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as computer-controlled equipment, Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel, plus experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to receive and complete work orders, Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs, climb ladders up to 20 ft, work at heights, navigate rooftops, and perform physically demanding tasks including frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and overhead work, Ability to perform all work using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and in strict accordance with safety policies, procedures, and practices
