managing teams and data center resources on performing the regular data processing and managing database and business application systems in supporting operation of the business, ensuring reliable and delivery of IT Data Center Operation related services including Disaster Recovery services as IT Security and Compliance meet requirement, Lead and oversee Data Center Operator team in executing checklists of regular data processing (EOD, EOM, EOY, reporting, data & system backup, and ad-hoc processing) for ensuring all of the checklists executed in success and complete by complying to standard operating procedures and technical guidelines, Lead and oversee Database Admin team in maintaining and administrate the database systems to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data in supporting the business application systems, IT Risk & Security requirements and operation of the business, Lead and oversee Production Controller team in managing and documenting system configurations of Production environment in order to ensure changes on the business applications, database, data processing, and reporting service deliveries comply to standard system development processes and standard change management processes, Acting as DR Coordinator to lead and coordinate team for managing and operating DRC system in order to ensure system replication running in proper and achieving the targets of the RPO and RTO according to BCM requirements, Manage and review regular reports of IT service level achievement and resolving issues that affect the IT service level to ensure the achievement on top of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) or threshold, Ensure the reliable and delivery IT Data Center Operation related services: Infrastructure Management: Maintaining and optimizing, ensure availability and performance physical and virtual infrastructure including Data Center, AS400 Server, Server related IT DCO and resources. Service Delivery: Providing a stable and reliable service, Monitoring and reporting. Including DR Services Incident & Problem Management: Responding to and resolving incidents, Analyzing root causes, Implementing preventative measures. Security and Compliance (related to IT Data Center Operation): Protecting IT infrastructure and data (Ensuring systems and data are protected from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches, Implementing security baseline, policies and procedures, Manage cost planning for new initiatives, proposed and ongoing initiatives including operational cost estimates in order to support budget team to propose and allocate OPEX and CAPEX of IT budgets related to IT Data Center Operation
