Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, or performance-driven digital sales roles. Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, or traffic sources with the ability to generate scalable high-quality traffic. Demonstrated ability to build and grow partnerships pipelines and consistently deliver revenue growth. understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, and traffic quality evaluation. Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in tracking systems, attribution models, and performance metrics analysis. Comfortable working with tools such as Google Sheets and interpreting technical tracking setups (postbacks, pixels, sub IDs). negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills in an international environment.

What You'll Do.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, traffic sources, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

Work with affiliate tracking systems and performance data to monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI, LTV, CR1/CR2, and payout efficiency.

Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and reporting discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and campaign optimization.
