What You'll Do.

Act as subject matter expert on post-acute provider contracts

Survey provider landscape and understand network development needs

Make updates to contracts across multiple clients

and training to teammates

Serve as liaison to Network Performance team

Serve as project manager

Oversee maintenance of provider participant lists

Support provider change of ownership processing

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with the Network Operations team; Work across the matrix to partner with key functions; Liaise with HCS Network Performance team; Interact with providers

Communication Scope

Outstanding Interpersonal Communication Skills; Oral & Written Communication Skills

Process & Methodology

Program Management, Execution and Implementation, Assign complex work, Monitor accuracy and progress
