As an AI Native Services firm, we help enterprises redesign how work gets done across operations, product, engineering, customer experience, data, and enterprise workflows to move beyond fragmented AI pilots and disconnected automation toward measurable business outcomes OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full stack Engineer to join our engineering team. You will lead the design and development of high-performance backend services that power real-time operational systems and enterprise platforms along with Frontend applications. In this role, you will own core service architecture, mentor an engineering squad, and ensure production-grade reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the platform. Working closely with solution architects, data engineers, DevOps, and product teams, you will translate complex business and operational requirements into robust distributed systems built on modern .NET technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend services using C# 12, .NET 9.0, and ASP.NET http://ASP.NET Core - Architect and implement gRPC-based services and Protocol Buffers contracts for low-latency communication - Design scalable data access layers using PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core - Drive performance tuning, load testing, and capacity planning for critical services - Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices - Own technical delivery for assigned modules and ensure sprint commitments are met - Support production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering practices and platform architecture.
