This includes leading a team of KYC Support Officers, managing merchant onboarding processes, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring the integrity of customer due diligence practices. The role requires a deep understanding of KYC policies, risk assessment, and compliance standards, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain a strong risk posture and prevent financial crime exposure.
