8+ years release engineering experience, Demonstrated technical leadership, Platform-scale system experience, Hands-on release experience (JVM, Node.js, or iOS), Working knowledge of third runtime, Deep CI/CD platform expertise, Scripting (Bash, Python, or TypeScript), Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), Deep Git internals knowledge, Design merge policies experience, Branch protection experience, Release governance experience (100+ engineers), Leading cross-team initiatives end-to-end, Driving alignment across engineering, security, product

Nice to Have

Direct experience integrating AI coding agents, Clear, opinionated POV on AI agent integration, Familiarity with policy-as-code, Familiarity with attestation frameworks, Familiarity with supply-chain security tooling, Experience running iOS releases at scale, Background in incident response, On-call leadership experience, Prior experience as senior-most engineer, Setting technical direction across multiple teams
