Must Have
Current unencumbered license as an LVN/LPN or current certification as an MA, Current BLS certification for healthcare providers required within 90 days of employment, High School Diploma/Equivalency required, 3-5 years minimum clinical experience in primary care or similar practice setting with proven phlebotomy, lab processing and handling, CLIA waived testing compliance, and vaccine storage, handling, and administration experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care or ER preferred, Passion for mentoring with a focus on patient safety

Facilitate day-to-day clinical operations
and provider interactions
Resolve issues with a service-based approach
Promote highest standards of patient care
and training to staff
Ensure onboarding and orientation of new staff
Manage ongoing training and development needs
Participate in patient care activities
Obtain patient histories
Collect lab specimens
Administer medications
Authorize prescription refills
Monitor patient schedules
Monitor clinical inboxes
Schedule patient appointments
Collaborate on clinical staffing assignments
Work in a patient-facing clinical role
Communicate organizational and clinical changes
Prepare and administer medications
Provide instruction to patients
Perform quality controls
Perform equipment checks

Partner with Practice Managers; Collaborate with Practice Manager on clinical staffing assignments; Conduct clinical staff meetings and huddles in collaboration with the Practice Manager
