Current certification/registration as Medical Assistant, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Demonstrated experience in phlebotomy, Experience with medication and vaccine administration, 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience, Minimum of 3 years of Medical Assistant experience, Current CPR certification, Patient-facing role, Participate in TB screening program
Nice to Have
3+ years MA experience in PCO center, Value-based Care experience, Knowledge of HEDIS, Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding, Knowledge of CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
