Must Have
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent), 3+ years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting, Prior experience in a lead, senior, or informal mentorship role supporting other MAs
Nice to Have
Experience working in primary care, community health, or value-based care environments, communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams, Comfort using EHR systems and digital health tools, Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving clinical environment
What You'll Do.

Perform Medical Assistant duties
Perform front office duties on an as-needed basis
Coordinate daily clinic operations
and ongoing coaching of Medical Assistants and receptionist
Act as a liaison between providers
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols

Reporting to the Clinic Manager (or Director of Clinical Operations), this role serves as both a hands-on clinical contributor and a day-to-day leader for Medical Assistants and receptionists within the clinic. You’ll help set the standard for clinical excellence, workflow efficiency, and patient experience while acting as a key liaison between providers, clinical staff, and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MA who wants to grow into leadership while staying closely connected to patient care.
