Must Have
6+ years of experience in hardware development, technical background in mechanical design, structural analysis, DFMA, production, Proven experience delivering large complex hardware products from low-rate prototypes to full-rate production, Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills, Extremely experienced with CAD/CAM/PLM, part families, parametric modeling
Nice to Have
experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Bachelor of Science or higher degree in a technical discipline

Own the design of floor
and commissioning of the panel shop
Own all improvements to the panel shop
Own the install methods for building shell onsite assembly
Build and lead a team of engineers
Collaborate with structural engineers
Obtain all necessary certifications and approvals
