As a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you will lead highly complex mechanical hardware designs for customer or innovation projects and manage a small team of design engineers. Additional responsibilities include ensuring technical milestones are achieved, guiding other team members' designs, leading technical design reviews, and ensuring specification requirements input and design outputs align. Mikros Technologies (a Jabil company) liquid cooling systems are deployed servers in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites. We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load. * ### **This is an onsite role in Claremont, NH.** * ### **Relocation assistance available.** * ### **Competitive salary including bonus opportunities.** ### **What will you do?** * Partners with system architects to review and clarify design requirements and define the appropriate mechanical/thermal architecture. * Expertly assemble prototypes and verifies form/fit/function. * Work with and manage external component suppliers/manufacturers and provide input to their product roadmaps * Communicates technical aspects of a project effectively to internal and external customers. * Define design innovations and potential patentable solutions * Leads resolution of complex design issues and mana
