As a Lead Mechanic, you'll manage a team of mechanics and ensure their work is efficiently organised, provide them with training and guidance, and help them develop. In addition, you’ll be in charge of overseeing the warehouse operations where the e-scooter are stored. This includes managing procurement activities to ensure that mechanics have all the necessary equipment and materials to work efficiently. About the role As a Lead Mechanic, you'll manage a team of mechanics and ensure their work is efficiently organised, provide them with training and guidance, and help them develop. In addition, you’ll be in charge of overseeing the warehouse operations where the e-scooter are stored. This includes managing procurement activities to ensure that mechanics have all the necessary equipment and materials to work efficiently. Main tasks and responsibilities: Managing and training a team of mechanics and providing regular feedback for their development. Taking proactive responsibility for daily and routine operations in the warehouse and maintaining an efficient inventory management system to ensure prompt availability of spare parts. Performing weekly and monthly inspections of the warehouse, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking and implementing actions to enhance efficiency and safety. Supervising the implementation and training of employees on relevant guidelines in the warehouse, such as diagnosis stations, primary issue evaluation, charging stations, battery management, etc. Implementing and maintaining health and safety st
