Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.** ### **About the Role** We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical **Lead Marketplace Manager** to support the growth, optimization, and day-to-day operations of the Farmers Lead Marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, analytics, field enablement, and vendor management, helping drive agent adoption, improve lead conversion, and scale a critical business initiative. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve marketplace performance and agent experience. ### **What You’ll Do** * Provide operational and administrative support to Marketing leadership and regional teams. * Analyze regional results and help develop programs to address performance gaps. * Support market development, loss ratio, profit, and productivity initiatives. * Assist in communication and coordination with Regional Staff and Marketing Managers. * Collaborate with internal teams to support Marketing Department objectives. * Help identify priority areas and contribute to corrective actions and solutions. * Support reporting activities and performance tracking. * Assist District and Regional Managers as needed. * Perform additional duties as assigned. **Requirements** ### **Requirements** * 5 years of experience in Insurance and Marketing * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Fluent English required. * Strong communication and administrative skills. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to support decisi
