What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, eCommerce, or related subject areas, with demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives., critical thinking skills paired with hands-on execution experience across marketing strategy, campaign and comms planning, and channel performance optimization., Proven ability to translate data and analytics into actionable insights and business recommendations., Solid understanding of communication planning, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel marketing principles., Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify Plus) and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Business Manager, testing platforms)., Exceptional communication, organization, and collaborator management skills., Previous experience working at an agency or as main point of contact for external agencies also beneficial.

Establishing and owning measurement strategy

including important metrics

Monitoring and analyzing performance across brand ecosystem

marketing effectiveness

and customer behavior.

Driving data-informed optimization of campaigns and Signature Hardware’s digital ecosystem.

Assessing competitive and best-in-class digital experiences.

Creating and providing regular reporting to Marketing Leadership.

Managing and prioritizing a portfolio of digital and marketing vendors.

Supporting daily operations of paid

owned and earned media.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Senior Marketing Specialist, Product Strategy, Digital Merchandising, UX, Creative, Data and IT partners to orchestrate seamless, intuitive, and intentional customer journeys across the brand ecosystem.; Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and interested parties on brief development for marketing and campaign efforts.; Provide direction and leadership to internal teams (Creative, Digital Merchandising, Media, Production, UX, Analytics, Sales Enablement) to deliver high-impact marketing and digital experiences.; Align closely with Sales and Showroom teams to support sales enablement needs.; Lead internal operating rhythms such as marketing planning calendars, quarterly business reviews, and strategic presentations.

Communication Scope

Exceptional communication skills; Present findings to key internal leadership in a digestible yet informative way.
