What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in brand, communication, marketing, or enablement design, Exceptional visual design skills and design judgment, A deep understanding of communication design and how to make information clear, compelling, and memorable, Experience creating presentations, one-pagers, sales assets, and other business-critical materials, Experience in services, consulting, or client-service environments, not just product companies, systems thinking and experience refining templates, guidelines, or repeatable design structures, Excellent verbal English communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities, Curiosity about AI-enabled workflows and good judgment about their limitations, Comfort working across teams and time zones with at least 4 hours of overlap with US West Coast

What You'll Do.

Lead the design of high-impact sales and marketing assets

Collaborate with sales to create polished presentations

blog designs and other communication materials

Turn complex ideas into sharp

persuasive visual communication

Design materials that support both brand awareness and brand affinity

and refine visual systems

Maintain and improve brand guidelines

Raise the bar for quality

Operate as a working lead

not just a reviewer or approver

Partner closely with the CMO

Help make the work better

and the overall design function stronger

Bring creative point of view

Work closely with marketing

and cross-functional teams

Manage multiple moving pieces

and systems organized

Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders

Use AI and agent-based tools thoughtfully to accelerate research

and workflow efficiency

Apply judgment about what should be automated
