About the role:  Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Training, the Lead, Maintenance Training will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training across our maintenance operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning, enjoys engaging with people, and can help individuals from diverse backgrounds translate learning into real-world applications. This role is critical to building workforce capability by developing high-quality training programs that support safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance practices.
