This leadership role combines hands-on technical expertise with team development responsibilities, overseeing everything from high-pressure boiler systems and building automation to emergency response coordination and client relations. You'll drive operational excellence by implementing predictive maintenance programs, mentoring mechanics and apprentices, and serving as the primary technical liaison between our operations team and clients.
