What They're Looking For.

Must Have

background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment, direct people management experience, including hiring, developing, and performance-managing a team in a client-facing or delivery environment, senior experience delivering complex client implementations or programmes with multiple stakeholders, product-savvy and tech-curious, with a grasp of generative AI and legal workflows, communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences, Excel at stakeholder and programme management, influencing priorities and navigating high-stakes conversations

experience in legal tech or a technology-driven environment

Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally; Influencing internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover; Representing the voice of the customer, surfacing product gaps with evidence and driving them through to resolution; Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support to drive individual and team growth; Managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards; Leading hiring efforts for the Legal Engineering team, helping to attract and onboard top talent

Communication Scope
