Must Have
background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or legal tech environment, direct people management experience, including hiring, developing, and performance-managing a team in a client-facing or delivery environment, senior experience delivering complex client implementations or programmes with multiple stakeholders, product-savvy and tech-curious, with a grasp of generative AI and legal workflows, communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences, excel at stakeholder and programme management, influencing priorities and navigating high-stakes conversations

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally; Influencing internal teams (Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Success) on implementation strategy, setup, and handover; Representing the voice of the customer, surfacing product gaps with evidence and driving them through to resolution
Communication Scope
communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences; Delivering executive-level demos, workshops, and presentations, clearly articulating value and handling complex objections
