What You'll Do.

Evaluate current processes
and gather requirements to design and implement scalable solutions
Collaborate with teams across Product & Tech Org or other business units to align requirements and deliver a unified process
and reporting framework
Design and deliver technical solutions to address complex business challenges
Develop and maintain advanced workflows in Atlassian JIRA
and other Atlassian products
Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and create JIRA projects
and actionable reports
and deploy plugins to enhance JIRA's design dashboards
configure custom fields
and ensure optimal JIRA configurations
Utilize APIs and scripting to implement advanced Jira configurations
and enhance system functionality
Oversee the maintenance
and enhancements of JIRA
Manage and align Aha! with JIRA processes and standards
and documentation to Product & Tech teams
Lead and execute Jira
Confluence & other tool migrations across environments
