We’re looking for a Lead IT Security Analyst to act as the senior technical expert across our multi-site organisation, supporting the Head of IT Security and strengthening our cyber resilience. You’ll play a key role in protecting systems and data across a complex, multi-site IT estate , leading on security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management , while acting as a senior escalation point for the wider team. Responsibilities; * Lead security operations across multi-site infrastructure (SIEM, EDR, network security) * Act as the senior escalation point for cyber incidents and investigations * Drive incident response – triage, containment, root cause analysis * Oversee and improve vulnerability management and threat detection * Support secure design and architecture across infrastructure and cloud changes * Enhance and manage key security tooling and controls * Work closely with IT, infrastructure, and external partners across sites * Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives ## Qualifications * Proven experience in IT security / cyber operations * Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, cloud, and endpoint security * Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, firewalls, vulnerability tools * Confident leading incident response and technical investigations * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across
