Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field, minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, Proven expertise in enterprise networking, large-scale wireless environments, deep experience in data center networking design, operations, and troubleshooting, Hands-on experience with enterprise wireless technologies, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), access points, RF design, wireless performance optimization, experience with campus networking technologies, Cisco Catalyst (IOS-XE) switching, enterprise routing platforms (ISR/ASR), experience with data center networking technologies, Cisco Nexus (NX-OS), leaf-spine, VXLAN/EVPN, Cisco ACI, Experience operating and troubleshooting data center environments, fabric-based networking, high availability architectures, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities, Experience with network access control and policy enforcement solutions, Cisco ISE, authentication, authorization, segmentation, Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, port-channeling, Proven experience in operations-focused environments, real-time troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, service restoration, Experience using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, platform-specific analytics solutions, Knowledge of network security concepts, segmentation, ACLs, VPNs (IPSec), secure wireless design (802. 1X, WPA2/WPA3), Experience evaluating and implementing new networking technologies, centralized management and automation platforms, Cisco DNA Center, Demonstrated verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to effectively document and organize work, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a **Lead IT Network Engineer** who will be responsible for leading the ongoing operation, stability, and continuous improvement of our enterprise and data center network environments, including wireless, campus switching, network access control, and data center networking. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security across all network domains through strong operational ownership and continuous improvement. We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction.
