What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in financial services, Experience leading or owning audit engagements, Applied knowledge of the investment lifecycle, Proven ability to identify control gaps, Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders, Experience mentoring, reviewing, or guiding others’ work
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree or certification (CIA, CFA, FRM) preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end audit engagements
Provide independent challenge to business stakeholders
Drive testing strategies
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls
Identify control gaps
business-relevant recommendations
Clearly communicate findings to senior leadership
Influence stakeholders to implement improvements
Lead multiple engagements concurrently
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
Provide informal leadership and coaching to junior team
Review work and offer feedback
Support audit risk assessments
Contribute to the development of the annual audit
Promote innovation through agile audit techniques
Promote continuous improvement initiatives
