What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 to 12 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, or related communications fields, Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with storytelling and presentation capabilities, Experience driving employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, understanding of communication channels, digital content, and employee engagement best practices, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex information, Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams, High attention to detail with collaboration and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Experience working in global organizations or matrixed environments preferred, Experience with communication and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools is a plus, Basic understanding of Gen AI tools will be a plus

This role will be responsible for driving impactful internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement, enhance organizational culture, and amplify leadership messaging across our Bengaluru centre. The ideal candidate would be a strong storyteller, trusted advisor to leaders, and execution-focused communications professional who can translate business priorities into compelling employee experiences and communication strategies.
