What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Lead Integration Engineer or in a similar role, knowledge of integration platforms, middleware, API management tools, Hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, Google Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Node, Typescript, Python, C#, Experience with microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), modern integration patterns, Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, Highly organised, ability to manage multiple priorities, fast-paced environment, Confident in stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, Experience working with geographically distributed teams, Awareness and discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications (e. g. , Azure, AWS Solutions Architect, Mulesoft ), Microsoft Fabric Experience, Knowledge of APIs, data integration, ETL processes, data governance principles, Experience in technology sales
