Review inventory at loading dock
Ensure crew truck is stocked
Assemble mechanical mounts
Assemble structural mounts
Assemble electrical equipment
Apply weather sealing to roofing
Apply weather sealing to building
Apply weather sealing to support mechanisms
Assemble solar modules
Assemble support structures
Ensure clean job site
Ensure orderly job site
Perform project clean up
Perform client site cleanup
Perform installation vehicle cleanup
Ensure personal safety
Ensure job site safety
Participate in mandatory training
Lead crew through installations
Provide leadership to crew members
Provide technical expertise to crew members
Provide support to crew members
Assist with solar battery installations
Serve as 'acting Foreperson'
